What is the length of the lease?

Our 12-month lease agreement offers you a full year of secure and comfortable living in our welcoming community.

What is included in the rent?

All units come with a full kitchen, including microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You'll have access to the on-site fitness center, clubhouse with patio area, and dedicated parking.

What is the pet policy?

We welcome your furry friends! Each unit is allowed no more than two pets, with a  combined wight limit of 80 lbs. Having a pet requires a $500 deposit. We also have dog-friendly areas and waste receptacles on-site.

What is the parking situation?

We offer 1-2 dedicated parking spots near your unit. Additional ample secure parking is available on-premise.

Is the property secure?

Our property was designed with security in mind. There is professional security video monitoring of parking lots and public areas.

What is required to move-in?

Signing of 12-month lease, first and last-months rent, $500 pet deposit (if applicable).

How are maintenance and repairs handled?

We use a residence portal for requesting and tracking repairs to your unit. Simply submit a request online, and someone will arrive shortly to take care of things.
